I have 30 conveyors being run by an Allen Bradley panel/vfd for each motor, 5 of the motors at the furthest point from the panel are burning out. This is the second time I have replaced them. Any ideas on how to avoid this?

Your problem maybe the distance from the panel to the actual motors. You may want to consider adding line reactors to cables to avoid noise that can cause the vfd to over run the motors causing them to overheat and burn out.
How far are those motors from the panel?
